Surviving the Epic Rides Whiskey Off-Road MTB Race!

Epic rides always put on such great events, and this one was no different! We did the Whiskey Offroad 30 Proof Race starting at 5,800ft in elevation, and I barely survived it....This was my second mountain bike race and a real learning experience. Super fun, flowy and technical descents throughout the race made it a great time, along with some very challenging climbs. I didn't respect the elevation, and it nearly took me out of the race.
